Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or running any advertising campaign on betw-ind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms apply to all advertisers, agencies, and any party accessing the betw-ind platform as of January 1, 2026. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

Permitted Use

You may use betw-ind to run CPM ads and CPA marketing campaigns for legal products and services only. Prohibited content includes illegal goods, malware distribution, deceptive landing pages, and content targeting minors.

Advertiser Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content of your ads, landing pages, and offers. betw-ind does not review creative content before delivery and bears no liability for advertiser-submitted materials.

You must ensure all campaigns comply with applicable laws in every GEO you target. Violations may result in immediate campaign suspension and account termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, dashboards, algorithms, and reporting tools are the exclusive property of betw-ind. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

betw-ind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from campaign performance, traffic fluctuations, or platform downtime beyond scheduled maintenance windows.

Maximum liability in any dispute is capped at the total amount deposited by the advertiser in the 30 days preceding the claim. This cap applies regardless of the nature of the claim.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party trackers and payment processors. betw-ind is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or data practices of any third-party service.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately to support.

Your Rights

You may request account closure at any time. Remaining balance after active campaign costs are settled will be refunded within 14 business days, subject to fraud review completion.

Changes to Terms

betw-ind reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Last updated: January 1, 2026.
