Pompano Beach, FL -- (May 14, 2018) – Bettwork Industries, Inc. (OTCPink:BETW) (the "Company"), provider of turnkey network solutions specializing in cellular, microwave and broadband networks., is pleased to announce the new direction of the Company. We have completed our first acquisition and are negotiating several more. We have entered the telecommunications infrastructure market. We are firm in our belief that telecommunications, coupled with technology and construction, will provide a solid base revenue stream. This will enable us to open many vertical markets that have core-market synergy and allow us to take advantage of economies of scale. There will be considerably more to follow.

Bettwork Industries, Inc. Acquires Wireless Turn Key Operations, LLC

Pompano Beach, FL -- (February 27, 2018) – Bettwork Industries, Inc. (OTCPink:BETW) (the "Company"), a provider of turnkey network solutions specializing in cellular, microwave and broadband networks., announces today the acquisition of Wireless Turn Key Operations, LLC (WKTO) as a wholly owned subsidiary. The acquisition of WKTO is the first acquisition in the Company’s strategy to build the Company into a diversified wireless infrastructure service provider. WKTO, as a wholly owned subsidiary, will be managed my Nancy Anderson, Mark T. Hein, and Brendon Sparks. Glenn Asaff, who will be appointed the Company’s interim CEO, explains that “Wireless Turn Key Operations, LLC has development great relationships in the market and has situated itself well for 5G wireless rollouts.” Currently, WKTO has multiple customers in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts.
